► OVERVIEW
The cleats adjuster can synchronize the foot shape and posture of riding in the non-lock state by fixing the cleats and scale reference. They can also be found in the bike fitting of major bike stores.
► INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 : Front And Rear Adjustment
- Install the lock piece on the power center of the front foot according to the shape of the foot.
- The center of force is generally located at the center line between the phalanges and the fifth phalanges.
- The alignment of the two shoes is controlled by grid points.
STEP 2 : Left And Right Adjustment
- Adjust the left and right position of the lock plate according to standing width.
- When standing naturally, the two feet are more separated and suitable for the lock piece.
- Keep the lock shoe close to the crank to help the hips, knees and balls of the foot to exert the force.
STEP 3 : Angle Adjustment
- Refer to natural walking habits.
- The rotation angle of the two shoes is controlled by grid points.
