I. TF Module:

TF module features are as follows:

1. Support Micro SD card, Micro SDHC card (high-speed card)

2. On-board level conversion circuit, that is, the interface level can be 5V or 3.3V

3. Power supply 4.5V~5.5V, onboard 3.3V voltage regulator circuit

4. Communication interface is standard SPI interface

5. 4 M2 screw positioning holes for easy installation

The interface is shown in the figure:

Control interface: a total of 6 pins (GND, VCC, MISO, MOSI, SCK, CS), GND for ground, VCC for power supply, MISO, MOSI, SCK for SPI bus, CS for chip select signal pin;

3.3V regulator circuit: the 3.3V output from LDO regulator supplies power to the level conversion chip and Micro SD card;

Level conversion circuit: the signal towards the Micro SD card is converted to 3.3V, and the MISO signal from the Micro SD card towards the control interface is also converted to 3.3V, which can be read by general AVR microcontroller systems;

Micro SD card holder: It is a self-ejecting card holder, which is convenient for card insertion and removal.

Positioning holes: four M2 screw positioning holes with an aperture of 2.2mm, making it easy to install and position the module and realize the combination between modules;

Description: This SD card module pins out the SD card holder and is compatible with 5V, 3.3V two levels of master control, it can be very easy to connect with STM32, MSP430 or 8051 microcontroller connection for SD card reading and writing.
