We sourced Arabica coffee beans from Plaga, Bali, nestled at an elevation of 1200 meters above sea level. Our facility in Talasi Estate at Gadungan, Bali, is where we carefully process ripe coffee cherries. The roasting process, finely tuned to enhance the coffee's distinct character, results in a truly unique and memorable flavor.
