Hot brew: Take about 5-7gr of dry tea leaves for a water volume of about 300-400ml (depending on taste). Brew with water at around 85-90C for about 30-60 seconds for the 1st and 2nd brews and the next steeping can be increased steeping time. Remove and separate the leaves with the brewing water. Can be brewed up to 3-5 times with this method.
Cold Brew: The ratio is approx 1gr for 200ml plain water. then stored in the refrigerator 6-8 hours later it can be enjoyed.
