Attention: When removing the protective covers on both sides of the front wheel, the covers on the hub may be removed together. The pedals are composed of left pedal and right pedal, L stands for left and R stands for right. Be sure not to install them on the wrong side. Also, when tightening the pedals, be sure to use all your strength to tighten them. Otherwise, if you ride without tightening the pedals, the screws of pedals and cranks will be damaged and cannot be used. Such damage is not a quality issue and is out of our range of after-sale services.
Except for the pedals, which need to be tightened with maximum force, other screws can be tightened normally. There is no need to tighten them with great force. If excessive force is used, causing the screws damaged, it is not a quality issue and we cannot handle this issue for you.
The tires are not thoroughly inflated at the factory (due to transportation considerations, only a portion of them are inflated at the factory, most of them do not reach the pressure required for riding). After the receiving bikes, tires need to be inflated according to the pressure marked on the outer tire. It cannot be too low or too high. Both too low and too high will cause tires to burst. Burst tires and tire punctures are not quality issues. Inner and outer tires are consumables and are not covered by the warranty. Please be aware of this.
