Yerba mate comes from the naturally caffeinated leaves of Ilex paraguariensis, found deep in the South American Atlantic rainforest. Yerba mate leaves are hand harvested by Las Marias, a yerba mate company in Argentina. After the leaves are dried and ground, a gourd is filled with mate leaves and hot water. Then the yerba mate is ready to be sipped and savored through a metal straw called a bombilla. This tradition has been passed down for generations: yerba mate brings people together and creates a community that stretches around the world.

1. Isi 3/4 gelas dengan yerba mate.
2. Tutupi gelas dengan tangan Anda dan kocok secara terbalik agar tercampur.
3. Miringkan yerba mate 45° dan tambahkan sedikit air hangat.
4. Masukan sedotan bombilla dan jangan aduk.
5. Tambahkan air hangat (65-75°C) dikit demi sedikit. Yerba mate bisa diisi ulang berkali-kali - 10-20 kali / sampai rasa nya hilang.
