These briefs have a pocket that easily fits a groin guard so that you can train safely. Wide elasticated waistband for a good fit. The polyamide elastane micro-ventilated fabric is very comfortable.

There are two types of groin guard: - Classic, rigid model to protect your genitals when doing boxing or martial arts (Muay Thai, kickboxing, full- karate), - Pro model with flexible side walls and soft gel edges for unrivalled comfort for discips that involve being on the floor (MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling, sambo, etc).

The classic model comes in two sizes: Kids and Adult. Please note: The briefs size varies. The groin guard size does not vary.
For a better fit, you could wear briefs or tights over your protective gear.

Machine wash the briefs. Clean the groin guard with a sponge and soapy water.
