The DOT is a simple leave-in meat thermometer that makes monitoring your oven-roasted or smoked BBQ meats easy.
Use the arrow buttons to set the thermometer to your desired temperature for your food. Insert the probe and place into the oven or BBQ and close the door or lid. The thermometer unit sits outside, enabling you to watch the temperature climb as it cooks. A loud 70dB alarm will sound once the meat reaches temperature, perfect for busy, professional kitchens.
No complicated setup or app connectivity is required.
CONVENIENT DISPLAY
The DOT digital oven thermometer's large backlit display shows the current temperature and alarm temperature, so it's easy to see the progress of your cook.
The magnetic pads on the rear of the thermometer enable it to be secured to the outside of your oven or BBQ for convenient storage. Alternatively, use the fold-out stand to display it on a worktop.
