The inside of the leg is made from Affinity Pro Lycra that offers excellent stretch and rebound for comfort. Vortex BLC textured fabric is used on the side of the legs for improved aerodynamics, and the GIRO 4 leg grippers hold the bottom of the bib short in place - two features lifted straight from Castelli's pro peloton tested Free Aero Race 4 Bib Short.

Mesh straps are used to aid breathability and help the Competizione Bib Shorts achieve their comfort range of 15 35. A Kiss Air2 seat pad provides all-day comfort with an anatomical shape, dual-density thickness for the perfect cushioning in every part of the pad, and a seamless construction to reduce abrasion.
