Features: 
1. 25.5 g vial.
2. Makes 3,000 ml of 1X solution (composition: 0.89 M Tris, 0.89 M Borate, 0.02 M EDTA).
3. Dissolve powder in 3 L of distilled or deionized water.
4. Sufficient to cast and run 50 agarose gels for blueGel system.
5. Powder stable at ambient temperature.
6. Dissolved buffer recommended storage: room temperature for 3 months in airtight container. TBE electrophoresis buffer powder. 25.5 g vial makes 3 L of 1X TBE electrophoresis buffer. Just add water! TBE Buffer (Tris-borate-EDTA) is one of the most commonly used buffers for DNA and RNA gel electrophoresis and is the recommended buffer for the blueGel system. May be used to cast gels and also as a running buffer.
