Ergonomically designed and scientifically proven Body Geometry features are the secret to greater comfort, reduced risk of injury, and more efficient use of force. Personalized insole with longitudinal arch support and varus wedge and metatarsal buttons integrated into the outsole. These three features work in harmony to align the hips, feet and knees while reducing knee wobble and allowing blood flow to the toes.
■Based on data gathered by Retül technology scanning the rider's foot, the new carbon outsole is 4mm wider at the ball than the S-Works 7.
■The new carbon outsole is 20g lighter than the S-Works 7 due to structural optimization. With the built-in I-Beam, it has the same rigidity as its predecessor.
Based on Retül's data, the new last is shaped to fit the rider's foot by sloping the upper towards the ball of the little finger.
■The heels designed exclusively for the left and right support the inner side of the foot while reducing the amount of material on the outer side to achieve a lower heel.
■The BOA cable, which has been redesigned, increases holding power and reduces pressure on the ligaments on the front of the ankle.
■BOA S3-Snap alloy dial is easy to adjust and has excellent operation. Backed by Boa Lifetime Warranty.
■By rotating the titanium alloy cleat nut, the pedal/cleat mounting position can be moved 5mm backward. Fits standard 3-hole road cleats.
■Replaceable non-slip heel lugs with built-in screws for added safety.
