There are several initiatives program under the Tokopedia Hyperlocal, such as Kumpulan Toko Pilihan (KTP), Digitalisasi Pasar, Sekolah Kilat Seller, Tokopedia Nyam and many other initiatives. These initiatives are an effort to connect potential buyers with nearby sellers.

Coffeenatics, Developing Social Mission dan Supporting Animal Conservation Through a Cup of Coffee
Starting from his desire to introduce different types of local coffee seeds, Harris Hartono Tan and his co-founder Norita Chai established Coffeenatics cafe in Medan. In 2015, Coffeenatics has its own specialty coffee. Not only selling coffee at his own cafe, Haris became a seller in Tokopedia to maximize the selling of his own coffee product.
“Tokopedia has boosted our selling, especially at the beginning of the Pandemic. Throughout 2021, Coffeenatics transactions increased by 350% compared to 2020. Thanks to Tokopedia, Coffeenatics now can reach potential buyers from all over Indonesia.”, revealed Haris.
Furthermore, Cofeenatics has continuously participated in programs initiated by Tokopedia, such as Waktu Indonesia Belanja (WIB), Kumpulan Toko Pilihan (KTP), #SatuDalamKopi, and a remote activity, which is Jakarta Coffee Week 2020.
Coffeenatics aims to support the empowerment of local coffee farmers through a farms adoption program that has been implemented in several areas of Indonesia, including Aceh, Simalungun, Karo, and Kintamani area in Bali. It doesn’t stop there, the profit that Coffeenatics earned of Siamang Forest coffee will go to the conservation of Black Gibbon habitat.
“In the future, we hope that we can keep supporting the local farmers. We want to see them prosper and grow in Indonesia. We also want to encourage everyone out there to start their own business and become the provider of high-quality coffee products that can raise Indonesia’s reputation,” said Harris.
