How can I report an IP Violation in the Brand Alliance Program?

  • Register your Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Report the product according to the approved IP submission

After successfully logging into the IP Protection dashboard, you can click IP Submissions, then click Add New Document to start registering your Intellectual Property (IP).

Fill in the requested information; which are brand name, Intellectual Property type, Official Store domain, Authorized Seller Program contact person, and legal documents. Then click Submit Document.

After successfully registering Intellectual Property (IP), Tokopedia Legal team will validate the data and documents you registered within a maximum period of 3x24 working hours. You can monitor the status of your IPR registration in the column of Status.

In Review

The submission is being reviewed by Tokopedia team.

Verified

The submission has already been approved by Tokopedia team.

Rejected

The submission has been rejected by the Tokopedia team, you can see the reason of the rejection by clicking Edit on kebab icon

Expired

Your uploaded document is no longer valid (expired), hence your IP Submission will also expire. Update the document to re-activate your IP Submission by clicking Edit on kebab icon, then upload your updated documents.

Create a report by clicking Report Products.

Select the brand and type of IP you want to report.

Attach the product links that you suspect violating your IP. The product links must be filled in with a link that specifically directs to the reported product offering content page.
We will reject your report if:

  • The link reported is not a specific link, but a link to store page.
  • The link reported is another link, such as a link that directs to a site other than Tokopedia’s site, and more. For the convenience of the reporting, you may copy the link available in the “address bar” field on your browser for each product offering content.
  • The link reported is not relevant to your brand.

Please only submit a report related to Intellectual Property infringement. We strictly prohibit any other reports related to distribution or pricing issues. Tokopedia reserves the right to reinstate the listings and limit/restrict your access to the service of the IP Protection dashboard due to abusive reports.

Choose the reason of your report according to the product link you attached. Then click Submit Report

After your report is submitted, you can monitor the status of your report on Intellectual Property Infringement Report page.
